Failed Architecture, Amsterdam

Failed Architecture Special Series book collection. Failed Architecture is a platform for architectural and spatial criticism. FA's work is rooted in a deep understanding of pressing social issues and how they relate to the built environment, with the express purpose of stimulating conscious architectural practice and urban development. The Special Series format presented by FA is intended to explore particular pressing issues in architecture and urbanism through a series of articles written from different perspectives. By placing periodic open calls on the Failed Architecture website, authors and experts are invited to submit unpublished texts on topics such as labour, feminism and big data, specifically as these topics relate to the built environment. The intention is to collect these in printed form, subject by subject, to create the first volumes of an ever-growing book collection: The Special Series Book Collection.
