Embassy of the North Sea

Research and publication: 'the Audement' (working title) as part of an architectural project in which groups of people can listen to the political voice of the North Sea. As a play on words on the 'parliament', this space is called the 'Audement': an inclusive public space where people and non-people can learn to understand each other. The publication formulates and depicts principles for designing this inclusive public space and at the same time is a kind of manual: to be able to design, build and carry out similar listening experiments and prototypes in other places.
