Reiskosten naar Nepal tbv master-onderzoek: ‘Soft Stories. Merging tradition and modernity in Kathmandu’s shop-house’. Het doel van dit onderzoek is om de architectuur in Kathmandu te duiden, en een ontwerpvoorstel te doen hoe het anders kan. Dit ontwerpvoorstel zal gegrond zijn in de technieken van Nepalese architectuur zelf, en daarmee bekend zijn voor de nieuwe bewoners van Kathmandu.
