Director Anouk de Wit departs from the Van Eesteren Museum

At the beginning of this year, Anouk de Wit resigned as director of the Van Eesteren Museum. After a period of nine years, the EFL Foundation, as a partner of the Van Eesteren Museum, had the opportunity to share some beautiful moments with Anouk.

Anouk de Wit via the Van Eesteren Museum: 'When I became director in 2013, I was commissioned to help organise a pavilion. I look back with pride on its realisation in 2017 and its official recognition as a museum in 2020, with affiliation to Museumkaart in 2021 as a result. I wish the board, the museum staff and all the volunteers every success in expanding the network already built up and taking this wonderful museum further, with a rich programme of meetings and debate. The city is never finished and there is still much beauty ahead.

The board wishes to thank Anouk enormously for her efforts and cooperation in recent years. The board would therefore like to be present at Anouk's farewell, where she will share her fond memories and 'museum-like' thoughts. Together, we will be able to toast to her period as director of the Van Eesteren Museum.
